Reservation policy
No deposit payment required at the time of booking; 100% of booking amount due 14 days before arrival.
Damage deposit: 10% of the total booking amount.
Cancellation policy
If you cancel less than 14 days prior to the arrival date, you will be charged 100% of the booking amount.
Included: weekly maid service, welcome package.
Not included: extra maid service, laundry and ironing service, in-villa spa treatments, grocery delivery.
